On signing up for our service you will be required to pay 50% upfront, and the balance when your site goes live. Payment is by EFT and our monthly hosting charge starts from when you sign up.
After you have signed up we will send you a short questionnaire to complete about your business. This helps us understand what your goals are. We will look at similar businesses, as well at the current design trends. We will look at your site from a marketing perspective and apply our experience to it.
Based on the completed questionnaire and the research we will create an initial design for you to review, which we will work with you until you are happy to sign it off. We will continue with the revisions until you are completely satisfied before we start to fully develop the site.
Note: Once the design is approved and the project moves to the build stage, any design changes may incur an additional charge
At the build stage we will need you to provide us with all the content for the web pages. When we build your web site it is coded to be fully responsive on all devices.
If it is a ecommerce site we will show you how to update products on the site.
On completion of the website build to your approved design we will publish live to your domain name. The site will have full SEO for Google and we will let Google know that the site needs to be indexed for search.
When your website is live, we are available for support for the life time of your site. If you are too busy to update your site on a daily / weekly / monthly basis, we are here to help, for as much or little as you need. We charge an hourly rate for support, but we can arrange a SLA on request.
